Background Information

Mosier & Company was formed in 1980 to focus exclusively on turnarounds. Since 1985, most assignments have been either Court-appointed or Court-approved. In addition to turning around companies, Mosier & Company is frequently involved in the dissolution of companies. In 1995, dispute resolution through mediation was formally incorporated into the firm’s portfolio of services.
