Raymond A. Hause

Mr. Hause has twenty years experience in
debt restructuring with emphasis on lease
re-negotiations, debt relief and asset
liquidation. A concentration of experience
has been in two areas: (a) theme restaurants
and fast food chains that have experienced
financial difficulty and an inability to
meet their financial obligations and (b)
heavy construction equipment. Included in
his vast experience in these areas are the
following:
In terms of lease re-negotiation, Mr. Hause
negotiated out of 120 real estate leases
worth $150 million by paying $4 million to
lessors in cash or equipment. He has
negotiated out of equipment leases, in both
the restaurant area and in the heavy
construction equipment.
In the category of debt relief, Mr. Hause
negotiated the sale of twenty company owned
stores as franchisees to produce working
capital. He also closed and liquidated 120
unprofitable stores to improve reserves to
address the remaining stores that held
promise for a brighter financial future.
Mr. Hause worked directly for Pizza Time
Theatre in orchestrating a turnaround. He
sold franchise, site selection, store
development and operations support. He
negotiated the purchase of company owned
stores, and then flipping these to become
franchise locations.
In the trade, Mr. Hause enjoys a nickname,
“Dialing-for-Dollars Ray.” He earns this
nickname because of his relentless pursuit
of a goal, whether selling used equipment or
a franchise location, or re-negotiating
downward the terms of a lease. He is
tenacious and does not understand the
concept of surrender.
Mr. Hause has attended University of
Cincinnati and Ohio State with four years in
the area of Business Management. He manages
his own portfolio of real estate.
