Greg Stiles is a Senior Project Manager. Greg is the Receiver’s field person to manage the day-to-day of receivership estates – both operating companies and real estate projects. He has a background in manufacturing and the auto parts industry.

At Mosier & Company, he has overseen the completion and sale of two condo projects that were each about 20% short of completion. This involved retaining, monitoring and compensating contractors, working with compliance experts to obtain the necessary approvals, and then selecting and monitoring sales teams that were necessary to dispose of the properties and convert the asset into cash. Mr. Stiles has also overseen the completion of large luxury homes that were also short of completion.

On the operating company side, he is the point person for interfacing with a company’s on-site management, coordinating the payment of bills, resolving operational issues and making sure that the company remains in compliance with State and Federal requirements.

Mr. Stiles graduated from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis after which he served in the United States Navy. He is a member of the California Receivers Forum and attended Loyola IV, a three-day intensive educational program on the A-Z of receivership co-sponsored by Loyola Law School and the California Receivers Forum.
